If you apply for a role through our Careers pages we collect your name, your email address, the role you are interested in, any covering note you write, and the CV you upload. This information is used only to consider you for employment at the College.
We do not collect or process payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide solely to assess your application, to contact you about it, and to carry out the admissions process, including any written or verbal interview. We use contact form submissions only to respond to your enquiry.
How it is stored and who can see it
Application submissions are sent by email to the College admissions team and are also stored in this website’s database. Enquiries submitted through the contact form are directed by email to the relevant College team according to the category you select. Application and enquiry emails are copied to named College staff responsible for admissions and academic administration. Access is limited to College staff who administer admissions and to the site administrator. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
