Setting the Standard for Sustainable Healthcare Leadership in Kenya
Kenya’s first healthcare-specific sustainability programme is here. In just 6 months, gain the knowledge, tools, and leadership capability to build climate-resilient, cost-efficient, and future-ready healthcare systems — grounded in real hospital practice, not theory.
Healthcare systems today face unprecedented pressure — from climate change and rising operational costs to growing demand for resilient, efficient care delivery. Yet sustainability training within healthcare remains limited and often disconnected from real hospital realities.
That’s why we built this programme.
The Executive Certificate is a 6-month hybrid professional programme designed to equip healthcare and allied professionals with the knowledge, tools and leadership capability to integrate sustainability and climate resilience into healthcare systems. Developed and delivered by M.P. Shah Hospital College of Health Sciences, it is the first healthcare-specific sustainability programme in Kenya — grounded in real-world hospital practice and system-level impact.
No prior background in sustainability is required. The programme starts with foundational concepts and builds toward practical, real-world application.
